A question, a comment, a mistake in the catalogue, an idea? Write to [email protected]. Every message is read, in English or French. In the app, the Cabinet tab also has a “Write to us” button that prepares the email with the app version.
Where is my data?
On your phone only. The app has no account and no server; nothing is sent.
See the privacy policy.
How do I make sure I don’t lose my library?
Cabinet tab → “Export my library” creates a file to keep (Files, iCloud, email…).
“Import a backup” restores it, on the same device or another one.
Is the catalogue up to date?
It updates automatically when the app starts, without a new version of the app.
The “Check now” button in the Cabinet forces a check.
A volume or a date is missing or wrong?
Report it by email with the title and the volume number: the correction will reach everyone
with the next data update.
How do I remove a volume?
From its page (the “Owned” button or the link at the bottom), from the catalogue (the “Owned” badge)
or by long-pressing a book spine.
Why are titles and contents in French?
The Bibliothèque de la Pléiade is a French-language collection, so the catalogue keeps the
publisher’s French titles, contents and editors. The app itself follows your device language:
English or French. To change it for this app only, open Settings → La Pléiothèque → Language.
Yes. La Pléiothèque is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases, and it will stay that way.
La Pléiothèque is an independent app, not affiliated with Éditions Gallimard.
